Today, I'm going to share a new healthy recipe: my version of the green smoothie. Green smoothies are in trend right now and I totally understand why! Adding spinach, kale or avocados in your smoothie is such a great way to increase your daily intake of vegetables.

If you want to be healthy and absorb all the nutrients that you need, you should eat about 8 servings of vegetables every day, and we often fail at it. So if we can eat 1 or 2 portions by adding it in our morning smoothies, then why deprive ourselves? Especially since the spinach flavors is almost imperceptible, the only thing is that sometimes the color isn't very attractive...

Of course, you can adapt this recipe according to your need and taste, I chose spinach and frozen fruits (mango, peach and pineapple), but you might as well choose kale and raspberries. This liquid can vary, I like to add some almond milk, but sometimes I just use water. That's the great thing with smoothies, the possibilities are endless!


CALMING GREEN SMOOTHIE

- 1 cup of spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup of frozen fruits
- 1/2 apple
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- a bit of ginger
- 1 cup of almond milk

The process is very simple: you put everything in your blender and you blend until you have a smooth and uniform texture. Sometimes it can take a bit longer, depending on the power of your blender.
