
I know, it took me a long time to put this video on my blog... I must admit that the last weeks have been quite hectic, and I might have neglected my little corner of the internet a bit. But don't worry this is only temporary! In a week, I will have a break from work, which will allow me to have plenty of time for you guys and to reorganize myself, and then I will start a new job, more stable, which will give me more time and energy to focus on my blog and my YouTube channel. I have to say that I'm very excited by all these changes!
Anyway, back to business. Today, I wanted to share my morning routine. It includes everything I do, from the moment I wake up, until the moment I go to work. I have to admit that it is a bit fictionalized, usually I do everything in about 2 hours (or more if I take my time), but sometimes I can "speed" everything and do it in just an hour.
There have been a few updates since I filmed the video, now I try to do around 15 minutes of yoga and some abs/squats in the morning, as I'm trying to add healthier habits in my life.
